Whether you're a seasoned competitor or just starting out, this consultation will give you valuable insights and tips for success on stage all from the comfort of your home or office.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your YOGA Session with Total Wellness Enterprise! If you don't have a mat, blocks or other accessories, everything you need for the class will be provided. Of course you're always welcome to bring your own. If this is YOUR FIRST TIME booking with us, we ask that you fill out the attached liability waiver online or you can arrive a few minutes early and fill it out in-person so we have it on file. To cancel or reschedule, we ask as a courtesy that you do so by contacting us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. We look forward to seeing you soon, Namaste.
